Refund Policy
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing. Refunds of deposits or payments already made are calculated according to the time before the event:
More than 30 days before the event: refund of 60% of the total amount (40% cancellation fee applied).
7 to 30 days before the event: refund of 30% of the total amount (70% cancellation fee applied).
2 to 6 days before the event: no refund (100% of the invoiced amount).
In the event of cancellation by K Mixo by Ruben Kahn (force majeure), all sums paid will be fully refunded.
Payments made are only refunded via the same payment method used, i.e. bank transfer.
