1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the terms and conditions under which K Mixo by Ruben Kahn provides its mixology and catering services to its clients, as well as the rights and obligations of each party.
2. Services
K Mixo by Ruben Kahn offers mixology, catering, and event planning services tailored to your needs. Details of the services, their content, and their prices are outlined in the quote or booking confirmation.
3. Reservation and Payment
All services must be confirmed in writing (signed quote, email or contract).
A deposit is required upon reservation:
15% of the total amount of the service if the amount is less than or equal to CHF 1,500.
30% of the total amount of the service if the amount is greater than CHF 1,500.
The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment method: bank transfer only.
4. Cancellation
Any cancellation by the customer must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees apply:
40% of the total amount if cancellation more than 30 days before the event.
70% of the total amount if cancellation 7 days before the event.
100% of the total amount if cancellation 2 days before the event.
In the event of cancellation on our part (force majeure), the sums paid will be fully refunded.
5. Responsibilities
K Mixo by Ruben Kahn is committed to providing its services in accordance with industry standards and safety standards.
The customer is responsible for the information provided (location, technical conditions, access, etc.).
We accept no liability for any damage caused by misuse of the services or inappropriate behavior of participants.
6. Alcohol consumption
Our services include the preparation and service of alcoholic beverages. The client agrees to:
Comply with current legislation regarding the legal drinking age.
Ensure responsible consumption by your guests.
K Mixo by Ruben Kahn reserves the right to refuse service to a person who is clearly intoxicated.
7. Personal data
The information collected as part of our services is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. It is used solely for customer relationship management and is not transferred to third parties without consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, photos, videos, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company's registered office.
